The Imperfect Art of Journaling
Journal writing is an act of kindness to the self that can flow over onto others. We reflect, consider, celebrate, and mourn in its pages. We get closer and closer to the essence of ourselves with every gathered thought.
We sketch our lives through records of the day, celebrating presence, and allow the details to find their way to order upon reflection. We don’t follow a linear path; rather, we let the vividness of a day reveal itself—one bird song, sunset, or glimpse of a loved one at a time.
It is life through a naturalist's lens.
It is an imperfect art.
